Please bring copies of:

  • Original Loan Documents for All Current Loans
  • Current Mortgage Statement
  • Bank Statements for the Last Two Months
  • Pay Stubs for the Last Two Months
  • Tax Returns for the Last Two Years
  • Rental Contracts/Roommate Agreement (if applicable)
  • Write and bring a 1 page detailed Hardship Letter, Signed and Dated (On this letter explain to lender what happen and why you need loan modification or repayment plan

  • Supporting Hardship Information (i.e., letter of termination, lay-off notice, letter from doctor, medical documentation, etc. not required but helpful to the lender) optiona
