The Loan Modification Scam Prevention Network has created a system for filing complaints for both homeowners and those of you working on their behalf. The Network is composed of governmental agencies and non-profit organizations that are working together to fight companies perpetuating loan rescue scams against persons seeking assistance in modifying their mortgage or otherwise avoiding foreclosure. The form is designed to allow you to submit complaints or information regarding companies or individuals who claim they can help obtain a loan modification or avoid foreclosure.
